A weekend in Milan

Roy and I were in the mood for a nice citytrip back in August and we decided to spend a weekend in Milan. We booked a nice hotel and flight and spent three lovely days in the city. The sun was shining a lot, we were having fun together and we saw some pretty nice buildings.

Though the buildings were all very beautiful, the city itself kind of disappointed us. We thought we would be able to do a lot of fun stuff in Milan, but everything was really close to each other, so we were already done within 1,5 days. Maybe we just missed some cool stuff, but we couldn’t find it on the internet either, so I guess Milan is just not our place to be. Anyway, we were still amazed by all enormous and incredible buildings, went shopping, spent some hours on roof terraces and I had the best gluten free spaghetti and bread ever. We even decided to have dinner in the same restaurant on both days, since I left the restaurant super happy on the first day.

I made some snapshots and I would love to show them to you! :)

Have you ever been to Milan?

xx Alex

  1. Leuke foto’s! Jammer dat het tegenviel. Ik ben lang geleden ook in Milaan geweest, maar kan mij er eigenlijk niet veel meer van herinneren. Was ook maar een dag! Nu ben ik wel nieuwsgierig om weer terug te gaan;)
